Fantastic vintage-style tea towels in a range of colours to complement your kitchen.  Greenscents sourced 100% linen tea towels are made by a family business in Lithuania from Oeko-Tex® and European Flax® certified linen fabric.

These very special tea towels are made from heavy linen fabric (310g/m2) that has been stone-washed for extra softness.  They are super absorbent and leave your crockery, cutlery & glass dry with no smears.  After use, hang up your tea towels with the useful loop and they will dry very quickly.

  • Colours may vary due to natural variations in the linen.
  • 40 x 65cm.
  • With care, shrinkage will be 5% or less.

Baffled

When I bought my tea towel there were not yet any reviews of the product so I took a gamble as I was hoping it would be a superb glass cloth and I would be able to polish my drinks glasses to a streak free finish.
Sadly, I don't find the tea towel *at all* absorbent and I would be as well scraping the water off with a spatula!
Thought I'd leave a review as they aren't cheap and I wouldn't want anyone else wasting their money. But there are a handful of positive reviews now - much to my surprise.
So I'm baffled, my experience is far from the other reviews which is a shame as I had high hopes (I don't use it to dry anything at all and have repurposed it).

incomplete order

order 22403 placed on 4.4.24. Teatowel missing from order. Matter unresolved despite emails and a phone call [when replacement of missing item was promised.] One month on, still waiting. Items supplied are good but feel let down by customer services. JL
