Recommended Use
Dishwasher Liquid
Use 5–7.5 ml per wash, depending on the load and local water hardness. Add to the dishwasher detergent compartment and use your usual dishwasher programme.
Rinse Aid
Fill your dishwasher rinse-aid reservoir and adjust the setting according to your machine and local water hardness.
For best results, keep dishwasher salt topped up where required.
Packaging
Both products are supplied in 500 ml amber glass bottles, chosen to protect the formulations and reduce reliance on single-use plastic.
Reusable pumps are available separately from our Accessories range and can be kept and reused with replacement bottles.
The glass bottles can be reused or recycled after use.

Why Hard Water Needs a Different Approach
Hard water contains naturally occurring calcium and magnesium. In a dishwasher, these minerals can contribute to limescale, cloudy glassware and water marks — and can make effective cleaning more difficult.
Our Organic Dishwasher Liquid has been developed specifically for hard and very hard water, while Organic Rinse Aid supports the final rinse and drying.
For best results in hard water:
- Set your dishwasher to the correct local water-hardness level.
- Keep the dishwasher salt reservoir topped up.
- Use 5–7.5 ml of Dishwasher Liquid depending on the load and water hardness.
- Keep the Rinse Aid reservoir filled and adjust the setting if needed.
- Keep filters and spray arms clean.

Detergent, Rinse Aid & Salt — What Does Each Do?
Dishwasher Liquid
The detergent does the cleaning. It removes food, grease and everyday soiling during the main wash.
Rinse Aid
Rinse aid is released during the final rinse. It helps water drain more readily from dishes and glassware, supporting drying and helping to reduce spotting and filming.
Dishwasher Salt
Dishwasher salt supports the water-softening system built into your dishwasher. It is especially important in hard-water areas because it helps the machine deal with the minerals naturally present in the water.
For the best results in hard water, detergent, rinse aid and dishwasher salt work together.
