Returning Empties
If you buy or 5 or 20 litre options we hope you will return them to us. When you do, your containers will be rinsed and sanitised and any labels and caps will be removed.Â
- Please only return clean & undamaged containers.
- One item for return is at least one 20 litre container OR three 5 litre containers.
- If you have more, please box, bag or tape them together to keep the number of parcels as low as you reasonably can. We are charged for the number of labels not for each collection.
- Go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/7290 to book a collection.
- Enter the code 123456 and choose the only available drop-down reason - ‘empty containers’.
You will then be able to print label(s) to attach to the empty container(s) or get Royal Mail to bring them.
What will we do with your empties?
When your containers arrive back with us, we will check that they have no dents or marks. Once we are happy that the containers can be reused, we will wash them out with organic vinegar and rinse them carefully with a power hose. We always use new caps and new labels with returned containers.
Our experience with retailers suggests that your containers will be reused up to 20 times!
