Love the products but dislike the shipping times in excess of 10 days, come on Greenscents this surely is below expectations, please have robust systems to mange this.

We had incrediblely strong sales during August & September and together with staff holidays and some illness I'm afraid orders got behind. We have caught up now and are training new staff so order wait times will improve. Please remember that all Greenscents products are made by our team in Somerset and nothing is contracted out. I do hope Greenscents is worth the wait!
I’ve been delighted with the conditioner and so pleased to find a more natural alternative to use. It works well, even in a hard water area. Love the 5 litre bottle and pump, no mess and rather calming!
Very impressed with this product it has a lovely delicate aroma not too overpowering and heady would definitely recommend
Laundry Conditioner
Firstly, the bottles which arrived are glass, which is always a good sign of a company who are being environmentally conscious! All of my clothes were just as clean as I would expect from any detergent, and had the lovely citrus smell about them before I put them away, but I knew that this was a more ecological way of cleaning clothes with the added bonus of using natural ingredients.
