UK Deliveries
We aim to dispatch placed orders within 72 hours (3 days, excluding weekends) and delivery should take no more than 48 hours. Please remember that all our liquid & powder products are made by hand in our workshops in Somerset. Nothing is contracted out. If you can, order up to a week before you might run out of products to account for any delays. We use different couriers for our UK deliveries but usually Royal Mail.
There are no carriage costs for orders over £50. For all orders between £20 and £50, we charge £5.50 plus VAT throughout the UK. We are sorry but it is not sustainable to dispatch orders for less than £20.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel appears damaged when it arrives please refuse delivery, photograph it if possible and email us at orders@greenscents.co.uk.
